VINDICATION

I still don’t trust the courts.

But as it turns out The Canary had published an article that seems to state that that a court had effectively given the middle finger against the DWP over their treatment of disabled people.

They even said they take no notice at all of anything Atoms says.

It gets even better when I believe it stated that neither the DWP or Autos turned up to defend themselves.

The author states at what a national and global disgrace it is that this had been going on with the abuse of human rights.

Which begs the question ..

Forgetting the fact that all this has somehow remained in place and fully operational despite all the reports and court cases but ..

Can we now expect these things to be dissolved and for people to go to jail for serious crimes that were performed effectively en masse?!

They do this with war criminals and they only killed people ..

.. this has very literally been a fate worse than death, still is, and I’ve not been eating because I have had enough and want to die ..

Though to be fair .. I’ve eaten because I’ve been forced out in pain because others only think of themselves. I get bad muscle pains, aches and severe spasms when I overdo it and I don’t mind death but do mind pain and especially the severe types. What with low magnesium and all.

My thighs and calf muscles feel .. tight and that makes me .. apprehensive.

Despite these reports I cannot help thinking that the are just tokenism cases.

I still have no confidence in mine that it now looks like I won’t make it to.

Very tired, severe pain, apprehension, sore throat and I’ll have a nervous breakdown travelling there to something I’m going to get railroaded over for the fifth time.

Now I have this new information regarding Behcet’s Disease which my daughter has been diagnosed with, is linked to Fibromyalgia and explains most, if not all, the symptoms that low magnesium uptake cannot.

I had been pressurising her for many months because it was clear they were already fobbing her off .. despite not knowing about several things she has experiencing .. then said they were going to refer and did not .. and has four children to deal with along with cervical cancer.

I had already warned her about low magnesium the very same day she had just been told she had low magnesium after a blood test result. I had been diagnosed with low magnesium something like four years ago and had obviously been going on a bloody lot longer than four years. Fifteen would be my estimation. Possibly more.

Ergo .. mine now might be quite serious as I am still having difficulties despite taking supplements and wondering if there is an issue of my body actually being able to absorb magnesium?

THE BOMB THAT ALREADY TICKED

Well I have been missing the odd report.

I was kind of tied up, with pubic service failures and gathering evidence trust me, for four months and busy for six months before that. I still kinda am .. or at least have things to achieve but I am pacing myself. Due to memory and health issues.

So I recently posted articles about PIP being re-reviewed, Atos being found guilty of lying and a few others.

Oddly I came across a report on Disability Rights UK’s website where it states that MP’s ‘find’ claimants are ‘mainly’ satisfied with PIP & ESA assessments .. but there are problems.

Out of dozens of people I know only one has not complained but he is the only one that has not been assessed in recent times and therefore .. STILL on DLA so is ruled out. That means that 100% thus far disabled people have complained.

What I hate about the article is it seems to be portrayed as it is a fact. Like there is nothing wrong with assessments, or at least very little which can be expected of anything like this ..

Anyone that has been here regularly knows I have not trusted charities in a very, very long time.

Then I would like to point out a particular court appearance I experienced with a biased judge called Judge Mark of the HMCTS ..

• Explained ..
• I did not attend assessments as there were between five and forty miles away
  • Later found out they had assessment centre two miles away
• I did not travel five to forty miles because everyone knows they lie and well documented and reported as such online
  • Now being reported on widely and nationally so
• But three very lame and amateurish attempts to label me as a liar
  • All failed, none mentioned in report all of which on here .. I think?

I have no issues posting and publishing things because I have nothing to hide and am honest about things that occur. No point in being dishonest and .. well you would soon get caught out and the HMCTS, DWP, Atos, Capita and Maximus all seem to have forgotten one simple rule followed by one fact ..

• Liars require a damned good memory

ABOUT FACE THE SECOND

So ..

Things appear to be happening which kind of make sense when I think of what has occurred to me?!

My ‘Dead Issue’, as my solicitor referred to it, which seem to rise like the proverbial Phoenix to both my surprise as well as my solicitor’s, now tallies up with reports I have linked below in The Guardian newspaper.

So first there was this report to review over one and a half million PIP claims after performing this ‘About Face’.

Secondly there is now a second report also in The Guardian newspaper that states that all this could have been avoided or changed at a much earlier date? Well that is stating the obvious and that is something I’m very good at and have been for over five years now.

In fact I can’t help but wonder if the proverbial ship they failed to sink scared the hell out of them? Who knows?

But considering that my dead issue rose up again from the proverbial ashes just prior to this does now make more sense.

So are we to assume that we have reached a turning point?

Could we even say that this is the end even if it is the beginning of the end?

I think it’s possibly a start but I also think there is a long way to go to.

Oddly I recently heard something else about PIP, or Personal Independence Payments, that had me realise it cannot do what was originally intended. It was originally intended, like several others, to replace DLA, or Disability Living Allowance. It cannot. Because of disabled children, who, I was told recently, cannot go onto PIP.

But wait a moment? Is not Universal Credit supposed to eventually replace all existing benefits? By 2020? Well what about children with disabilities? Hmm .. I can see a problem there too!

Just like the NH Mess .. this has not only long since been a mess looks to continue to be one?!

So for God knows how many years now they have been running and paying for twice the amounts of departments within the DWP. It must also be pointed out that they have been paying at least three companies under contract to kick people off disability benefits. These are the infamous Atos along with Maxima, or Maximus, and Capita. There is one other I know of but has such a long, stupid and hard to remember name I assumed it was setup by the idiots within the DWP or government?

But wait a minute? Aren’t the Conservatives supposed to be bean counters and business experts and such?! How in the fucking world did they come to with this cockamamie plan? How in the world did they think that paying for well over a dozen departments and breaking many human rights laws on a daily basis over many years was going to save money?

Think about it ..

Pay for over double the amount of departments and hire contractors to totally ignore and refuse basic human rights and cross your fingers and hope that you get away with it?!

If that’s not nor does not become a complete definition of what is a dunce in politics then I don’t know what is?!

It’s utter madness.

How in the world do idiots like this get into positions where they can make a mess like this and cost the taxpayer so much money that is then just wasted?

That’s the best part for me. You can think about what they did and even go back to think that eroding Legal Aid in preparation for this, so no one had any rights, despite what laws state, and therefore no ability to fight back. But they didn’t even come close to achieving that they claimed they were going to achieve.

The funny thing in all this is the recent claims that no one is dying because of all this. Yeah, if this was true then why the ‘about face’? I’m sure if there were no issues highlighted by anyone, well they controlled the TV News media at least away from reporting this, they would continue on regardless!

Maybe it’s all the talk, or typing, about the future history books? Hmm .. claims that the history books of the future might name particular people within government and point out breaches of basic human rights on an epic scale?! Now who was it that mentioned that a dozen times over a number of years?

I don’t particularly care about the reason .. so long as this is at least the beginning of the end of starving and/or freezing people to death. I would not want to be a politician that will be blamed by scores of people as they grow older for the parents missing from their lives!

I know one particular person who had a head start in all this and had recently realised that the government and local government are solely responsible for this and the nightmares they have had to live through.

Payback will come from this and as the scores of children today. Children who have lost one or more parents, become adults .. will end up with large groups forming organisations where every individual is baying for blood.

No you won’t have a bunch of people in an organisation because it’s merely a job or career in which they can extract a salary. Oh .. no. It will be dozens with anything from an agenda to an obsession.

I think it will be something like that of searching for Nazi war criminals?

The absolute best part about all this is the Tory government being found, or claimed, to be discriminatory .. ‘discriminatory’ has the word ‘Tory’ in it, lmao. Oh .. sorry, lol yeah they were found/claimed to be discriminaTORY against diabled people ..

Do you know the trouble I find with all advice centres and solicitors even?

Oh and you can add in ombudsman in all this, governing bodies and the political opposition parties that include Jeremy Corbyn ..

They do not read all your letters and all your emails reports.

Do you know what else they do not do?

Do any fucking research and after years and years of people being murdered they come up with just a few cases.

YouTube is a good place to research so I will do so once again what so many have not done for years before me to date.

Here is a long list of YouTube videos regarding the DWP, Atos and even one Atos staff member admitting that I tried to tell people over and over again that Atos only do what the DWP tell them to!

All I kept hearing was that if the DWP knew what Atos was doing they would get rid of them and it would be all over .. I said, “Like feck it would!”

Of the videos I have linked below I have seen .. ONE. I have not seen the others .. speakers do not work and .. well I do not need to listen to them. I know pretty much what they are going to say and it is damning.

Worst of all look at some of the dates .. note that I think most of these were about Atos, formerly Atos Healthcare and a French company based in Paris that was masquerading as a British company.

Now consider there are three others added to this list which was previously just one?! One that got caught out and the Tories said they was going to get rid of .. even Nick DeBois lied toi my face and told me they had discovered what they was doing and were getting rid of them .. ooh did I mentioned I have that on tape, figuratively speaking? Oh dear. But they went nowhere and another three organisations just like them added to them?!

Now you see the news media reports about children and people starving!

Yeah well sorry mainstream media like the BBC and ITV News but you are partly responsible and you have been paid millions upon millions while I have been trying to raise awareness of this for free and I have had no thanks at all.

I even tried to tell about this 6 years ago and you did not even flinch .. not so much as an acknowledgement. Now you look like the proverbial white knights .. now that it has all gone wrong like I predicted it would over 6 year beforehand. I started blogging in 2012 and I contacted all tabloids .. ALL tabloids and TV News Media groups back in 2011. Maybe even earlier actually? Yeah I still have the sent emails, LMAO!

Grand scale crimes against a large portion of the British public while stealing money of the rest of them to commit these crimes while the proverbial books are thrown at people breaking the law just to survive or feed their children.

Where does it stop and when does the British law stop being warped into something far more sinister and beyond recognisable as a joke any more?

Consider this is just a small percentage of videos. Consider that those that record their assessments, umm .. like I did, would only be a tiny percentage. I can assure you that if you look my number of just over a dozen could very well have a third figure to it. Consider too that those that had a similar experience but did not record their assessments could have yet another figure or two added to that.

So what are dozens could very well be hundreds of videos that could be thousands or tens of thousands of similar assessments.

Yet HMCTS were ot interested in this widely known fact .. now was they interested in the fact that theu tried to send me 40 miles away or further when they had a building a mile from my house tat had been there several years.

Yup Judge Miss Mark and the HMCTS are just as corrupt and selfish as the Tories, DWP & Atos and sit their like lords while they steal far more of your taxes than the accuse disabled people of doing.

THE ATOS SHIP SAILS AGAIN

So yeah it turns out that Atos has not gone after all, I was lied to by the media, politicians and specifically Nick DeBois MP for Enfield North.

Oh well, there is a surprise!

So I got a call from a woman at Capita saying “THIS AINT US!!!” and told me it was Atos … so your taxes are paying for not ONE but TWO organisations where staff can get paid £900 for each and every single day?!

Mar-vellous!

So I typed out another email and sent it to the ever present and seemingly invincibly evil Atos.

I had a few stern words plus I have filled them in the the parts that they did not know!

When I was awarded this they claimed they had no medical records, which meant Atos did not either, despite turning me down several times over 8 years while I tried to get my DLA re-instated before I was forced to apply for PIPs.

Therefore I only told them that Fibromyalgia Syndrome had been diagnosed.

There is also the fact that … CRAP! I forgot Osteopenia! As I was saying there is also the fact that several other things have emerged since then plus my Fibromyalgia has become worse.

I cannot think of a better way to highlight what lying corrupt creeps all of these people are, including everyone at the DWP?

Because I have the diagnosis of Fibromyalgia and it getting worse, the damaged right knee, the high blood pressure combined with vastly dropping blood pressure from Postural Hypertension and of course there is the back condition and the fact I have bled a lot and stomach cramps like you would not believe and for fourteen hours from what I think is Diverticulitis?

Have I forgotten anything?

Back, Neck, Knee, Fibro, Diverticulitis, High BP, Postural Hypotension oh and the Inguinal Hernia as ever present oesophagitis and hiatus hernia!

DAMN! Forgot the nausea thing!

It seems that I have sent an email to the wrong company and it seems I was misled by your demise, oddly one time by MP Nick DeBois to my face!

Why have you sent me a letter for an arrangement to be assessed?

I was granted PIPs only a little over a year ago, it gets assessed every three years, or is this even more of the widening of goal posts?!

Also you know only too well that YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO VISIT ME!!

Just as you FAILED TO DO FOUR TIMES IN THE PAST!!

Or have you been lacking the ability to read your own files?!

Are you so intent on having your conveyer belt going of kicking everyone off disability, sorry PIPs, with a boot at the top kicking people in the nether regions that you ignore the nationwide panning you have been getting from the public?

Or do you not give a toss about the British public’s opinion even though they now know?

I say this because you just send out a letter to someone who now has a registered illness that gets progressively worse and did not even think to check that anything else had occurred in the meantime.

The last time I dealt with you and you lied through your teeth repeatedly with convenient memories things were a little … different to how they are now! Or did the DWP forget to pint that out?

I know what is on GP letters and I know these get burned when someone asks for them.

Do you know how I know this? Because when IU called the DWP at doing this, they rang me the next morning and without any medial details on me at all paid me £4,500 exactly ten days later. Would you like to see the bank statement?!

Well … things have changed, I bet they did not tell you that either?!

I self diagnosed myself quite successfully and then manipulated some GP’s and Doctors trying to prevent me from getting a diagnosis and I got not one but TWO diagnosis. Count them! To add to my others.

Since then I have had THREE MORE!!

So on medical record and have mountains of proof I will just go through the list with you … just so you know …

• FIBROMYALGIA SYNDROME (over 100 symptoms) @ Guy’s Hospital I have told DWP about for 14 years!!
• COLLAPSED VERTBRAE NECK AND THORACIC          @ Chripractors have X-Rays
• DAMAGED RIGHT KNEE                                      @ Guy’s Hospital
• DIVERTICULITIS (about to go to hospital for)            Going to Chase Farm Hospital
• HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE of over 170 & 180
• POSTURAL HYPOTENSION                                @ GP causes me to pass out while standing (with High BP BAD!)
• OESOPHAGITIS (You already Knew)
• HIATUS HERNIA (You already knew!)
• INGUINAL HERNIA (have hospital lying and stating I did not have this on TAPE!!)

Or what, did no one tell you? The DWP fail to mention this did they? Just like they failed to mention they paid me £4,500?! A years back payment when they owed me more like 8 years back payment?!

I am REALLY looking forward to hearing from you again and as you can see I am overjoyed that I have?

Gives me more data for my blogs I guess … or did they not tell you about my blogs either? Because I know that they know as when you get a GP ask you to turn off any recording devices, three years into it you idiot, then you know someone HIGH UP has picked up the phone!

I would like to add that this did not stop me and I did not turn off the recording device. He, however and to his loss, thought that I had, then got cocky and rabbited on arguing for an hour talking utter tripe while I recorded him.

He found out that I did and that I put in on my blog and they kicked me off their register. Second time I was kicked off as I found out that they knew damn well I had Fibromyalgia and that they had known for at least two years before I diagnosed it!

TO THOSE THAT GIVE ATOS

Right, pay attention class!

Just recently I had a row with both Atos and the DWP, no answer from ICE yet and I guess they feel that correspondence with light sarcasm they are allowed to be rude and unprofessional over? Must be in a rule book somewhere under their desks?

First I had an appointment with Atos that I did not attend. I was then asked by the DWP why I had not attended, despite the fact that this has happened dozens of times previously and 6 in the last two years…or was it 5? Anyway! They then made a second appointment for a benefit I never claimed for and totally denied having made the previous date. Then they claimed that in our history I had never requested a Home Visit, despite the fact I have three letters on here apologising for not arriving to arranged Home Visits to the very property I now sit in.

Sheesh! Then they made a THIRD appointment in Lambeth in South London when I am in Enfield which is very technically OUTSIDE of North London, as it does not have a London postcode but does called London Borough of Enfield.If they went much further they would have ended up is Surrey before very long, if your NOT familiar with the geography of London, lol. I find it both disgusting and oddly amusing that the taxpayers are paying this one of many incompetently run organisations and yet no one does anything. Please note I say ‘does’ and not ‘says’ because talk is cheap and thats all anyone ever does. I can talk and hold a conversation but in times of things going wrong or indeed peril even there is no time for talk when it costs money no one has and I get down and get the job done.

Look at the archives of this blog. I have got the job ‘DONE’ hudreds of times since I started it 2.5 years back and was trying to get the ‘job done’ for many years before I even started to blog.

One person alone cannot do this and they know this. They know it because they think people are both naive and fickle and will just trust anything they are fed, especially if it is via the media.

But there comes a time when you have to face facts presented and start to ask yourself questions. How can it possibly be that this one man have done all this for this amount of time and so many times over and yet all these organisations we pay to protect us have not only failed to discover it all but walked away from doing anything when presented with incontrivertible evidence?

That is the part that one man alone cannot achieve. Quite unfortunately questions such as these need a very large number to ask simultaneously.

This is also where others can possibly get into the limelight themselves for also being a highly moral do-gooder?

Anyhoo I recently sent off 6 emails each to the DWP and Atos and different sections within each, hmm I thought it was 18 but I think its more 24 or 30 even, explaining that I cannot and will not attend the third appointment in Lambeth. Kind of did that to just make them look pathetic as I believe this is a bit of fun, helps expose them to more visitors on here and … gets under their skin. Well unless they are not completely thick?! I mean you would have to be would you not?

Well either that or they are of the strong belief that the British People are made up of entriely amoral and self cantred people or entirely naive and thick people or both. Because these are the only reasons that you would not be concerned about recordings and documents becoming public knowledge, especially when I have something around 200,000 people have visited my pages thus far and obviously this large number is just going into orbit within 2015?

I have no idea which of these it is or whether it is both. There are some things that no matter how clever my plans or ideas are I could never find out. Well that is without coming into contact face to face with those that plan these things. This would mean not the naive front line people, or is that amoral front line people, but the puppet masters themslves.

Situations like that may somehow present themselves at some point during 2015 but I have no theories on how this would happen. Sometimes there are occurences that are totally unexpected so I could never rule out everything but it is hard to envisage. I more see this as being …. several other people’s or groups of people’s claim to fame. At several points in quarters 2 to 4 of 2015 and throughout 2016. I tend to think that Ed Milliband now will not win the General Election, to my utter surprise, due to the smear campaign that is going on in the media. So the Conservative’s will likely get in again and I do not think that is going to go down well with a large number of people. Especially when a journalist from a newspaper who sounded like a Tory supporter herself moaned about people in the UK complaining about austerity and stated that it has not even started yet, austerity is yet to come and will get a lot worse?! Well hang on a fecking minute here my dear, your precious Tories have been telling us how well they have been doing?! Now you sit there flapping your lips like the British public should have known for the last 5 years it was bullshit so serves the poor right while the Conservative’s get back in again and then go to town on everyone?!

I could say I would feel sorry in the not too distant future at the idiotic and naively stupid things some journlists have said, or indeed not said, in their respective tabloids. In fact its for one very reason that should be now pointed out to help set this blon in cast iron …

I would not do anything to make myself look completely blind, incompetent or even just plain emoral at some leter date! No matter HOW MUCH later that date is!

Well lets hope they all do not turn out to be a list of Jimmy Saviles?! Were they get found out after they are dead?!

The best form of deterrent, for most, is looking embarrassingly stupid to all and never being able to work in that field again. This only occurs if there is still breath left in your body.

That reminds me I am…working on something along these lines right now. Oddly it inolves a public service I need to…still do a post of all their recordings and documentation on in my series ‘ A Series of…’… no wait, what did I call them?!

Anyway, whatever I called the series I need to publish one regarding the Police. I have … much stuff on the Police that has never been posted on here. Some not yet and some will not be due to the amount of time constraints. However…as I said I am kinda working on something that will involve recordings and it will involve…recordings. I have no idea when this will happen or indeed when I will post it. But its a pretty safe bet that it will and I WILL POST IT. This will be separately from the other collated evidence post in that series…I cannot remember the name of!

Anyway I had a text to my phone this morning from Atos, thats a first….err I think, reminding me of the bloody appointment in Lambeth where they just simply give you any old pathetic excuse as to why they will say no, despite the fact that they also cannot class me or indeed many others as FIT for work. Legally they cannot its as simple as that. You cannot say that any individual can perform something that they cannot no more than you can say black is white even if you think that if you say it enough times people will thinks black is actually called white. Lol, I say that because sometimes this is how it comes across to me. It is why I always refer to them as incompetent!

Hmm unless of course they are right in their estimations? Even so they would still be liars and cheats…not forgetting fraudsters even if their evaluation of the British Public is correct.

I do not believe this for if I had I would not have wasted the last 7 years of my life working towards the creation of this blog! LOL!

I am getting sick and tired of rerpeating myself to you liying idiots and absolutely and utterly mesmerized at your level of stupidity in your attempts to be disghonest and corrupt in that I do not know quite how you think that the British Public on the whole will now not see you for the fraudsters that you are?!

I have sent three departments 6 emails each stating that I cannot and WILL NOT attend the latest assessment, which in all honesty I thought was yesterday.

These 18 emails do not include the emails I have sent you all regarding each and every appointment you ever made, a vital clue to your incompetence in how you have repeatedly played into my hands dozens of times is also quite obviously repeatedly lost on you too! Adding to the pile of evidence of your incompetence and corruption in a rather large way.

I have only revealed my … ‘BLOG’ in recent times to you and everyone elase I published evidence on. However it has not occurred to anyone that considering that I kept my ‘BLOG’ under wraps for over two years that there is therefore a very strong possibility that I have not divulged…EVERYTHING?!

Your … ‘Puppetmasters’ are so terribly stupid and so easily manipulated that I am constantly being surprised at just how easy it was and still is to carry on doing what I am doing. There is also a long list of things that are very much key to what goes on and every few days or weeks has something else occur that if I divulged would be akin to the calamit that would ensue had a … fox gotten into a hen house.

But these and those yet to occur are all surprises intended for a later date.

I am also seeing evidence of my … ‘handy work’ a lot more often in the most obvious places that are obviously for my benefit, again and despite not being you a lavel of incompetence that is absolutely stunning for people running, or supposed to be, large corporations at someone else’s expense and I mean that in every sense including literally.

ATOS CLOSES YOUR WEBSITES

Well I have also harped on about this from time to time, though likely not on WordPress.

Here in is a news program that reports on this closing down of websites for the disabled so they cannot inform each other of the Atos tricks.

Of course for those naive and stupid enough to beieve Atos and the Government I ask you this…

…if your doing nothing wrong and have nothing to hide then why OH WHY would you close down websites for the disabled?!

Also if they treat disabled people like this then exactly what chance do you have?!

Is your job secure do you know?

Is your MARRIAGE SECURE?!

If you have a single finger you can work!! I bloody love it and according to DWP and councils its the other way around. You cannopt dress yourself so you get help but if you can but have no legs you cannot.
